Sustainable, thriving leadership emerges when leaders are well-resourced to develop their self-leadership capacities.
I am a self-leadership consultant and facilitator, working with women and organisations to support sustainable, thriving leadership under pressure.
My work focuses on how people lead themselves in complex, high-responsibility environments — particularly where internal pressure, self-criticism, and the expectation to cope quietly shape behaviour, decision-making, and wellbeing at work.
My professional background spans human rights law, NGO leadership, and more than fifteen years of coaching and leadership mentoring. Across these fields, I have consistently seen how external responsibility and achievement often coexist with a heavy internal load — especially for women in leadership and influence.
InPower Evolving reflects the belief that effective and sustainable leadership does not come from being “empowered” from the outside, nor from continual self-improvement. Instead, it comes from being more fully resourced in one’s own power — with greater self-awareness, self-regulation, and choice in how one responds to pressure, challenge, and complexity.
In practice, this means supporting people to:
My work includes consultancy and advisory work, facilitated workshops, reflective group programmes, and PQ-integrated self-leadership programmes. While relevant across many professional contexts, my particular focus is supporting women in leadership and high-responsibility roles.

My work is grounded in the belief that sustainable leadership begins with self-leadership — particularly in environments where responsibility, complexity, and pressure are high.
I work with individuals and organisations who want to provide resources to move beyond coping and performance at all costs, towards ways of working that are effective and sustainable over time.
I combine reflective self-leadership practices with practical tools that support clarity, self-regulation, and choice under pressure. My work is informed by:
Rather than focusing solely on performance or mindset, I pay close attention to the internal patterns that shape how people respond to challenge — including self-criticism, over-responsibility, and reactivity under pressure.
Depending on context and need, my work may include:
All work is tailored to context, role, and responsibility, rather than delivered as a one-size-fits-all solution.

While my work is relevant across many professional settings, I have a particular focus on working with:

“Working with Christina helped me understand how my internal pressure and self-criticism were shaping how I showed up at work. I became much more aware of my patterns under stress and learned practical ways to pause, regulate, and respond more intentionally. The impact has been both professional and personal — I feel clearer, steadier, and more able to lead myself in demanding situations.”
“I valued the grounded, non-formulaic approach Christina brings. Rather than trying to ‘fix’ anything, the work supported me to recognise my own internal patterns and respond with greater awareness and choice. This has made a real difference to how I handle responsibility and complexity at work.”
“This work gave me language and tools to understand why I was carrying so much internally while appearing competent and capable on the outside. The combination of insight, compassion, and practical techniques helped me relate to myself very differently under pressure. It has changed how I lead, how I make decisions, and how sustainable my work now feels.”
“This work helped me see how much of my energy was being taken up by internal criticism and over-responsibility. Learning to notice and interrupt these patterns has given me more capacity, clarity, and confidence in my leadership. The approach felt respectful, thoughtful, and deeply relevant to my reality.”
“I found this work both practical and surprisingly transformative. The tools are simple, but the impact is profound when applied consistently. I feel better resourced internally and less reactive in challenging moments, which has supported a much healthier relationship with work and responsibility.”
“What stood out for me was how safe and thoughtful the process felt. Christina combines depth with practicality, and brings a strong understanding of the pressures women carry in leadership. The work helped me reconnect with my own inner authority and make decisions with greater trust in myself.”
